Welcome to Tempo Piano Website

Tempo Piano, located at Warden and Finch area in Toronto, Ontario, provides private lessons of piano and violin to students at all levels and ages preparing them also for RCM examinations, competitions or concert recitals. Interpretation courses are available for groups who wish to play chamber music.

Mrs. Surmélian is a certified teacher by the French Ministry of Culture and a concert pianist with a career that includes recitals, solo performances with orchestra and chamber music concerts. Her teaching experience spans over 25 years in European conservatories and music schools. She has a twin vocation as a pianist and violinist and is an active member of ORMTA (Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association).
